AAOS 75th Annual Meeting
Dr. Arvind Mohan, from the United Kingdom will give a podium presentation summarizing the results of his study: S-MART and Pneumatic tourniquet in foot surgery -  a randomized controlled study. The study concludes that the S-MART (HemaClear™) tourniquet is a good for foot surgery, provides a good operative field, is easy to apply and saves precious theatre-time and resources.

ACFAS 66th Annual Scientific Conference

Dr. Eyal Melamed and his colleagues from Rambam Medical Center, Israel presented their experience using the HemaClear™ for foot & ankle procedures in a poster presentation displayed during the conference. The conference generated a lot of interest in the benefits of the HemaClear™ for podiatry surgery.
   
BioNJ-15th Annual Meeting

On the evening of January 24, Oren (CEO of OHK Medical Devices, Inc) and Pamela Vasilik attended the 15th annual meeting of BioNJ at the Forsgate Country Club. This was a group of business individuals from various areas of the biotechnology industry in New Jersey. Robert F Johnston, a noted venture capitalist in New Jersey, was the keynote speaker.
   
First Training Class of OHK Medical Devices, Inc.
November 6-9, 2007
Our US staff gathered at the Newark Marriott in early November 2007. This was a 3 day training of product and information to enhance performance on all levels. We were joined by several members of our parent company in Israel including the inventor of HemaClear, Professor Noam Gavriely.
   
OTA 2007

OHK Medical Devices, Inc. attended the OTA in Boston and was met with a great deal of interest and excitement by the surgeons in attendance. The most common thing that was heard was that everyone was glad to see that now there are options in surgery that have never been available before. From residents to chairmen, everyone saw a benefit for them in at least one or two of their everyday procedures.
