We are a small team company currently seeking an experienced individual to join as Product Marketing Manager supporting the sales of surgical products for the Operating Room to the orthopedic market place. This individual will be responsible to organize, staff and manage trade shows as well as direct clinical studies.

Regional Sales Manager – Western Region

Responsibilities:
Determine the strategic marketing direction and objectives in accordance with the company’s strategic plan
Develop business plans which meet the company’s sales growth and income objectives
Provide direction for the creation of sales forecasts and production schedules, and monitor sales results to react effectively to actual sales and trends
Maintain direct contact with physicians, hospitals, and other customers to stay informed of industry trends
Initial and ongoing sales and product training

Qualifications:
BA/BS with minimum of 8 to 10 years of sales management experience
Excellent analytical, written, and oral skills
Managerial and leadership skills
Health Care industry experience
Fortune 500/200 experience with the knowledge of startup companies
International experience a plus
